Still Waters : Executive Coaching

1. Coaching philosophy. My philosophy to coaching is seeped in a deep belief that my clients come to me with potential and that I will be able to help them recognise, unleash and grow this potential enabling positive change and development for each individual client.

2. Integrative approach. My integrative approach to coaching has been built on, and is able to draw on a Person-Centred and Solution-Focused style of coaching, embedding the work in the relationship with my clients. I have a solid reputation for my relational, strengths-focused, psychologically underpinned, creative approach to my coaching work.

3. EMCC Accredited Coach. I am an experienced EMCC Accredited Executive Coach. In addition, I am also an accredited practitioner in MBTI Step 2, Belbin Team Types, and SDI and have a Diploma in Nutritional Counselling. My relational coaching style draws on a range of psychological approaches such as The Centaur Model, Gestalt, NLP and Transactional Analysis. I have 2 decades of experience working with clients primarily in Professional Services, Financial Services, Retail, Public Sector and entrepreneurial enterprises.

4. High potential women. I have a passion for developing leadership in high potential women. I have coached numerous women in transition to Director, Partner and Senior Executive level. I have designed and led high potential Women’s Leadership Programmes for a Global Professional Services Firm.
